The university is an educational institution that can positively help the development of Islamic banking. It be seen from existence banking and economics majors in Faculty Economics Business. This research aims to analyze direct indirect influence between perceptions reference groups on Interest using bank payroll with Religiosity as intervening variable, a case study at Business, UIN Jakarta. analyzed 70 respondents quantitative methods SEM PLS data analysis techniques SmartPLS. results this indicate perceptions, groups, directly or indirectly Interest. will explain how towards interest variables use payroll.
